A seat is a staff login (admin or staff) who manages inventory, jobs, quotes, or scanning. Crew accounts are free and unlimited: crew members get their dashboard, callsheets, tasks, and expense entry at no cost.
Annual plans are billed once per year at ten times the monthly price, so two months are free. Extra seats follow the same rule. The exact yearly total for each plan is shown on its card when annual billing is selected.
Yes, on the plans that sell extra seats. Seats are managed in Stripe and prorated automatically: add a seat today and you only pay for the remainder of the current billing period.
Anytime. Upgrades apply immediately with a prorated charge; downgrades take effect at the next renewal. Your data and settings carry over untouched.
Prices are shown excluding VAT. VAT is applied at checkout based on your billing country and VAT ID, handled by Stripe Tax.
You keep access until the end of the paid period. Your data stays exportable (inventory, jobs, and documents) for 90 days after that.
