   • Public pages now set their page language, title and description in the language you are reading, instead of always in English.
   • Links to our public pages now show a proper preview card when shared to chat or social, instead of a stretched logo.
   • Public pages load a much lighter site icon, so they open faster.
   • Opening a Portuguese page no longer shows the menus and footer in English.
   • Signing in with a passkey works again.

   • The inventory calendar now labels each item with its brand, name, model and reference, suggests matches as you type, and its timeline fills the screen.
   • The inventory calendar status filter now matches what the timeline shows for the chosen dates: Available, Booked, Maintenance or Lost.
   • Kits now appear on the inventory calendar alongside equipment, so you can see when a kit is booked.
   • Your inventory calendar view (search, filters and dates) is saved in the link, so you can share it or return to the same view later.
   • Opening an item, kit or sub-hire from the inventory calendar and pressing Back now returns you to the calendar, not the list.
   • Equipment now reads Booked instead of Rented, matching the wording used across the calendar.
   • You can now plan a job with more gear than you own, or with items you do not stock yet, and set a rate for them.
   • Once a job is confirmed, a new Inventory tab flags anything you still need to source or that clashes with another job, and lets you buy it in or sub-hire it on the spot without changing the client price.
   • When you add a unit that is double-booked or unavailable, the job now offers to use a free one of the same model instead, or to sub-hire it when none is free, so you are not forced to double-book.
   • Sub-hires can now be tracked before they are booked, as Planned or Enquiry Sent, so gear you have only decided on is no longer shown as ordered.
   • You are now warned when a job is counting on hired gear that has not been ordered with the supplier, on the dashboard, in the job, on the pull screen and in Costs, getting louder as the start date approaches. One click marks it ordered.
   • Hired gear that is still owed back to the supplier now raises a warning, including when it is already late, and can be marked returned in one click.
   • Hired gear now shows whether it is out at a job or back with you, based on the job it is on.
   • A cleaner actions menu on each job so the next step stays one click away.
   • A more useful jobs calendar with an at-a-glance summary, a needs-attention panel, color by status, and a timeline view.
   • Filter the inventory calendar by several terms at once, each shown as a removable chip, and scan items back to back without touching the keyboard.
   • Archived rental requests can now be deleted, individually or in bulk.
   • Declined rental requests are now removed automatically after 30 days, with a countdown shown on each declined request.

   Fixed

   • The inventory check no longer reports gear as still needing sourcing when a sub-hire has already covered it.

    • Filter a package's contents by category while building it, alongside search.
    • Substitution price adjustments can be set as a one-off amount or a per rental day rate.
    • Gear added during pick-up after a quote has been sent stays off the agreed total until a fresh quote that includes it is shared with the client.
    • The pick-up screen now flags when there are not enough free units to fully cover a job for its dates, with a one-tap external hire and a snooze for the session.
    • A job now remembers the packages applied to it and lists them on the Assets tab, and removing a package pulls its items back off the job while leaving anything you added by hand.
    • Invoices now group identical items into a single line with a count (for example, three of the same microphone show as one line), matching how the quote already reads.
    • The inventory calendar's Capacity view now shows a shortage forecast: when the active jobs in view collectively plan more of a model than you own, it flags the shortfall and the peak date so you can sub-hire or reschedule ahead of time.
    • Select several saved packages at once and delete them together.

    Fixed

    • When you start an external hire from a job, the back arrow now returns you to that job instead of the external hires list.
    • The packing slip now opens in the same preview as the delivery, return, and travel documents, so what you see matches what downloads.
    • Printed job documents now start a long equipment list on the current page and continue it onto the next, instead of pushing the whole list to a fresh page and leaving the first one mostly blank.
    • While a document preview is being prepared it now shows a smooth loading indicator with a short message, so it is clear the document is on its way.
    • When choosing which of your own items an external hire is based on, the list now shows each model once instead of repeating a line for every unit you own.
